Spinach is growing very well in my rooftop garden. No pesticide, no chemical fertilizer has been used, which makes it healthy for my family. In a salad, this fresh spinach tastes even better! Lovely comfort food on a winter afternoon after gardening!

Ingredients for Spinach sesame salad:

Homegrown spinach leaves: a small bunch (Chopped roughly. Do not use stems.)

Toasted White Sesame seeds: 1 tsp

Sesame Oil: 1 tsp

Tomatoes: 2 medium (Diced, bite size)

Orange: 1 (diced, bite size)

Garlic: 2 cloves crushed

Lemon juice: 2 tsp

Black salt: to taste

Pepper powder: to taste

Sugar or honey: half tsp

Toss all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Allow the juices to seep and blend for 5 minutes. Serve!
