There are different colors associated with our feelings and emotions: anger with red, jealousy with green, vibrancy and happiness with yellow, love with pink, vastness with blue, peace with white, sacrifice with saffron, and knowledge with violet. Each person is a fountain of colors which keep changing.
Intellectual knowledge is superior to knowledge through the senses. Intuitive knowledge is superior to intellectual knowledge. Each have their own place in life. Distinguishing between them is wisdom.
If you are with wisdom then you don't have time for moody stuffs. Mind is something which goes up and down, wisdom is solid.
Prosperity is in acknowledging the magnanimity of life; honoring life. Confidence, wisdom, valor indicate prosperity.

Bhakti is not against knowledge. Knowledge leads you to devotion and devotion in turns invokes the wisdom within you.
