Meditation eliminates the bad effects and knowledge prevents the bad effects. Thus wisdom is the prevention and the meditation is the Cure.
Why the sense of belongingness is not there in many people is due to stress. Not that they are bad people, they are also good people but they don’t have the knowledge, they are stressed out, they have misunderstood many things.
Our body is like a washing machine, our mind is like cloth, each lifetime is one run or cycle, and Knowledge is detergent. The mind comes into the body to get cleansed and pure. But instead of detergent, if you use dirt, then you have dirty clothes.
A mature intellect is devoted; a mature heart is full of knowledge. Meditation matures your intellect as well as your heart.
The way to expand from individual to universal consciousness is to share others's sorrow and joy. As you grow, your consciousness should also grow. When you expand in Knowledge with time, then depression is not possible. Your inner most source is joy.
Letting go is natural. If you feel you are unable to let go then do the opposite, hold on. Knowledge comes in opposites. You know the cold because you have experienced heat, you value happiness more because you know what is misery.
Knowledge brings freedom and when you are free you don't mind coming here (on planet earth) back again.
Meditate, do satsang, read knowledge sheets. By doing that, you are helping others who have a hard time.
A knowledgeable one also eats, gets angry, loves. But there's no disturbance to his peace. But a fool gets entangled in everything he does. Because our senses are attracted to objects outside. This is natural but getting entangled is ignorance.
Behind every event there is knowledge, behind every person there is love, behind every object there is infinity.
Knowledge alone can bring people out of greed, nobody else. The more one soak in knowledge, they come out of greed.
