This world cannot be so perfect, so broaden your vision. You cannot make everyone the way you want them to be. Unpleasant things are bound to happen. When it happens, you should have the strength and courage to move on. Meditation will definitely provide you that much needed strength to overcome anger.
There are different kinds of strength. Knowledge is a strength. Love is a strength. Compassion and a sense of belongingness is also a strength. Forgiveness is a strength. Strength does not only mean having a lot of money. All the virtues and positive qualities within you are your strengths.
Have faith that there is success behind every failure, that there is a reason for every difficulty that comes your way; that these are steps for you to climb up and reach higher. Move ahead with this type of strength and conviction.
In any relationship, be a giver of strength. You can do this only when you are strong. When you are emotionally dependent on somebody and you keep asking them if they really love you, even if they had any love, it will just drain away.
Running behind happiness makes you tired. When you run behind happiness you get tired, but when you repose in the self, when you rest, you get energy, and that brings you strength, joy and happiness.
Think about all the good things that you have received in your life. All the good things have given you vastness. All the stupid and miserable things that have happened to you have given your depth and made you realize your strength over it.
When you have a Guru in life, how can there be lack of any kind? When you have a Guru, then you do not go about crying and complaining about little things in life. You gain such strength and stability, that whatever you think of starts to manifest and happen.
All fear is about survival and when you know that you are going to survive these incidences or these moments, fear will vanish. Looking back at your own moments and experiences gives you strength. This is where looking back helps.
When things are falling apart, if you think that in spite of spiritual practices things are falling apart, then you are not thinking right. If you lose that, you won’t even have the strength to go over the tough periods.
Faith is a great wealth and gives you strength. Just because a few small things did not go in your favor, it does not mean that you should make your faith so fragile and delicate that it breaks every now and then.
Peace is the first step to equip yourself to face problems. Once you find the peace and the inner strength, then you can face any problem. It won’t even appear as a problem.
A person who is truly healthy is one who has an unfading smile on his face. A healthy person is one who has a smile on his face, love in his heart, and strength and vitality in the body. Medicines alone cannot help one to achieve this state. Along with medicines and food, one must also focus on sadhana (spiritual practices) also.
