Dedicated action, focused action is Karma Yoga. Through Karma Yoga also one can attain Me (Krishna).
Gym works on the muscular system but Yoga works on the 7 systems (of body). Gym is not a substitute to Yoga.
The wisdom of Yoga transforms one from the burden of dependence to the realisation of interdependence.
In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says, “You cannot get into yoga (union with the self) unless you drop the desires in you.” So the question is how to drop desires. Meditation is the art of letting go your desires.
When you are losing motivation that is a sign that you are tired, you need recuperation. So for one, two or three days go into retreat. Some silence, meditation, yoga, pranayama and a liquid diet will help.
Yoga means union. Yoga unites our hearts, mind, body and spirit, and it unites us with the people around us.
Yoga is something that makes you happy, something that uplifts your spirit, something which makes you strong, vibrant, and powerful, why would you not do it?
Wonder is the preface for yoga. So, I will leave you to wonder about why there is so much diversity. This wonderment can take you to the wonderland of yoga.
When you go for negotiations, dialogues, and talks, there is so much stress. And Yoga is something that can relieve us all from stress.
We convey more through our vibrations than through our words. Our communication happens from a deeper level of our existence, and yoga is uniting with that.
Yoga is not just doing some exercise. Yoga is much more. It is to bring a quality to our life. It is to expand our awareness, sharpen our intellect, and enhance our intuitive ability.
The purpose of yoga is to put a smile on our face in spite of all the stress and tensions, or situations that we are put through in our day-to-day life.
