Chocolate Biscuit Pudding, Vaishnav cuisine
Ingredients:
For the chocolate sauce
- 1 glass milk
- 10 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour mixed in half cup of water

- 2 packets glucose biscuits
- 2 tbsp coffee mixed in 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp lightly crushed walnuts
Method:
Mix all ingredients listed for the chocolate sauce and simmer on medium heat, until the mixture thickens.
Spread a layer of this sauce in a platter. Dip the glucose biscuits one at a time in the coffee mixture and arrange neatly over the sauce.
Repeat to make three layers, topping with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle crushed walnuts over it. Ready to offer Krishna…
