Anxiety can go through Pranayama, Knowledge and Meditation and know that someone is taking care of you.

Nothing else makes you more tired than your own desires, or greed. So what is important is for you to become content. Again and again, be content. This is an art and this is what meditation is.

If you see something beautiful, something romantic, that kindles something beautiful inside you, then you turn your attention to the energy that is rising up in your heart, and at that moment meditation happens.

In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says, “You cannot get into yoga (union with the self) unless you drop the desires in you.” So the question is how to drop desires. Meditation is the art of letting go your desires.

When you sit in meditation, just let go, then you will find that deep inside, the peace that you are, which is unblemished, untouched, unspoiled and intact.

You can develop your intuition through regular meditation. When the mind is free of cravings, aversions and distortions, then it settles and becomes sharper. That is when intuition develops.

When you are losing motivation that is a sign that you are tired, you need recuperation. So for one, two or three days go into retreat. Some silence, meditation, yoga, pranayama and a liquid diet will help.

Meditation is something that changes your destiny. If you just sit for a while and go deep within and repose in the self, things start to change.

Astrology is a road map only. Meditation and Spirituality, is one step higher than Astrology. Spirituality has the power to bestow and grant wishes. Astrology only predicts what might happen, not what will happen.

You have to become self-reliant in your emotions. And that is possible through deep meditation alone.

Mantras bring out all the positive energy inside you. A mantra creates the sense of an armor around your body. If you do chanting after pranayama and meditation, then it has a better result. If you do it at a superficial level, then it is not so effective.

No matter how urgent things may be, just have this firm determination that 'I will sit for 10 minutes and leave only after completing my pranayama and meditation'.

Meditation does so much good to your nervous system and brain, so you should do it.
