Chocolate coated biscuits for Krishna
Makes: 350 gm
- 175 gm Chocolate
- 150 ml / 2/3 cup light cream
- 10 Marie biscuits
Break up chocolate into small pieces and add cream.
Heat gently, stirring occassionally, until chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
allow the icing to cool until it is thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon. At this stage dip the biscuits, one at a time and leave to cool on a piece of foil. Wrap it up in the foil when cool, if intended for later use. Freeze and enjoy :-)
Fruit ‘n’ Chocolate
A delicious variation is chocolate coated almonds and raisins. Replace biscuits with fruit of your choice in the above recipe.
