One of the major cause for heart attacks is long time low-parasympathetic activity. Which means the body did not repair itself for a long time.
It is with yoga and meditation that i found myself as a whole person. Happy to listen to my body, notice my mind, learn from mistakes and move into this moment, fresh as the moment itself! The safety net? Love.
Is Shiva some person sitting somewhere ? No. Shiva is whole universe.
What is anger? Remembered pain from the past. What is fear? Anticipation of pain in the future. What is guilt? Directing pain back at yourself. Depression is the depletion of energy that happens with all of the above.
More than this even, we must be free from death and to be free from death, we must be free from life. Life is but a dream of death. Where there is life, there will be death; so get away from life if you would be rid of death.
