Equanimous is not a dull state. It is, not getting lost in the emotions.

Breath has a relation with emotions. It changes with all emotions. That is why we have to sit and observe.

You are the Reality. You are not the thoughts, you are not the emotions nor actions. You are not even a person.

Don’t tag your emotions as good or bad.

Accept. Then you can act better. If you don’t accept, emotions rise, intellect is clouded and actions become regrettable.

You don’t need to develop emotions. You are born with emotions. You only need to have say over your emotions.

By letting your emotions rise high you won't be able to make your intellect pursue things.

When love is distorted then it becomes negative emotions. That something which keep love fresh and alive is Wisdom.

The only solution for negative emotions is pranayam and meditation.

Don't run away from emotions. Remain strong and centered in the midst of changing emotions.

Emotions are something you are born with. You just need to have a say over them.

No emotions are bad. But if they stay for long, then it is bad. Emotions should be like a line drawn on the surface of water.

Consciousness is pure and unblemished. And all kinds of emotions are just a part of it.

No work is stressful. It is your inability to manage your body, mind, and emotions that makes it stressful.

Sadhana, Pranayama and Meditation doesn't let you go out of control. Sadhana is there to harness and channelize your emotions.

When emotions dominate the intellect it leads to disaster and when intellect dominates then it harnesses the emotions.

However you are, offer it all to the Divine; your thoughts, your emotions, your mind, positive or negative, however it is, offer it all and be free.

You have to become self-reliant in your emotions. And that is possible through deep meditation alone.

Emotions should be streamlined through wisdom. When there is wisdom then you know which emotion to express and which not to express. And where you should express, and where you should not.

Whether it is greed, jealousy, anger, hatred, or frustration, all these negative emotions can be healed or re-oriented through yoga.
