Quote for the Moment

Life has chaos and life needs discipline. We must honor both. From chaos comes out bliss, discipline comes out of comfort.

Life has chaos and life needs discipline. We must honor both. From chaos comes out bliss,
 -Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

The Divine loves you very dearly, and in all manners, in all respects.

One doesn't need to be great in order to be respected. Respecting life itself makes you great.

When you walk the talk, you command respect and faith. Else, you end up demanding them and still don’t get any.

When you don’t respect yourself, things add value to you. When you respect the self, you add values to the things.

We must respect an individual’s choice as long as it doesn’t harm the society.

Individual’s choice should be respected. God accepts you and respects your choice, and that’s why he gives you a choice.

When you respect someone, it only shows your own magnanimity. How many people you don't respect in the world, that much less is your wealth. If you respect everyone in the world, that much more is your value. Wiser is the one who respects everyone.

We are like a sesame seed with respect to this Universe. If you see, what is our significance in this universe; what is life? Next to nothing, like a sesame seed; a mere speck! We are minuscule.

When you do something without being in a hurry, with honor and respect, then that action becomes stronger and you become stronger.

The less you are attached to your virtues, the more self respect you have. If you get attached to your virtues, you look down upon everybody else and they (the virtues) start diminishing. Non- attachment to virtues brings the highest self respect.

Stop asking for respect. Whatever profession you are doing, you respect yourself, and you will see how everybody else does that.

Just respect people. They may have the most dumb ideas, or have no ideas, but still giving them respect creates that connectivity. When people feel connected then they also feel protected. And when they are protected, their integrity level goes higher. We all want people with integrity, don't we?
