If we do any work with anger, hatred, jealousy, feeling of revenge etc. in mind, then that is an act of violence.
Whether it is greed, jealousy, anger, hatred, or frustration, all these negative emotions can be healed or re-oriented through yoga.
Ask yourself again and again, ‘Whatever I am doing now, is it right?’ Ask yourself, don’t ask someone else. When your actions are not motivated from greed, jealousy or anger, then what you do is right.
