Don't compare yourself with others!

Don't compare yourself with others!
 -Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

The solution is in your own body. “Shakti chakra sandhane vishvasamharah (Shiv Sutras)” - When you direct your attention to the energy centres of the body, the world of worries and thoughts that trouble your mind will disappear. There will be peace.

Let good and bad thoughts come, you have no control on your thoughts. But you can choose which thought you act on. You can increase positive thoughts by keeping your stomach clear and pranayama

Deep meditation happens when you transcends thoughts and feelings.

Surrender happens spontaneously with the knowledge that you are not in control of anything – not even your thoughts or feelings. When you realize that you are not in control of your life, but life is governed by some supreme law, then surrender happens.

Your worries, your feelings, your thoughts arise in your own mind. You are totally responsible for all your feelings.

You are the Reality. You are not the thoughts, you are not the emotions nor actions. You are not even a person.

Meditation is the only way you can transcend the negative thoughts, and then positive thoughts will come automatically

One way to reduce negative thoughts is to take cleansing diets. When your body is cleansed, toxins are less; your thoughts are also more positive and more creative.

The other way to increase the positive mindset is to do the pranayama. After SudarshanKriya your thoughts are full positive.

When the mind is ridden with thoughts, then sankalpas don’t come true. When you are happy, sankalpas come true.

You sit and think what is the source of thoughts. You will come to know that 'YOU' are the source.

Our thoughts are also affected by our posture. Straight backbone helps in giving positive thoughts, like in meditation.

Meditate! Because our thoughts are very powerful.

Your feelings don’t ask you and come. They are much more powerful than your thoughts. Just be natural and spontaneous.

In life, every moment is an act of letting go. Similarly thoughts come and you let go of the thoughts.

However you are, offer it all to the Divine; your thoughts, your emotions, your mind, positive or negative, however it is, offer it all and be free.

Brushing the teeth is dental hygiene, meditation is mental hygiene. You must meditate, never mind even if you are bombarded with thoughts, just sit for twenty minutes and relax.

If your thoughts and desires are in the opposite with what's happening then call it your destiny.

This is what happens when you meditate. Whatever you think starts happening, or whatever is going to happen, those thoughts come to you.

A thought is nothing but an impulse of energy and intelligence. If this energy that is getting created or generated from you is negative, then it will attract more negativity and negative thoughts. If you are in a positive place, then you will get more positive thoughts.
